NDT TechTracker is a database package for keeping records of NDT technicians.

External Certification

If you use external third party certification (for example PCN or ASNT) you can use it to keep track of when your technicians' qualifications fall due for renewal. You can also record when eyesight test and other renewable qualifications are due. If you wish you, can use NDT TechTracker to keep records of training and an employment history.

Internal Schemes

If you run an internal qualification scheme you can use the above functions along with additional facilities to record exam results and training and experience specific to each qualification. NDT TechTracker will generate a qualification certificate from the data in the database. The certificate is produced as a Word document, allowing you to format if finally and to define the template for all certificates.

Service NDT

If you run a service NDT operation you can maintain two lists of technicians, an 'active list' of people who are currently working for you and a ‘reserve list’ of potential employees or subcontractors who can be called on if your workload demands additional resources.

Customisation

NDT TechTracker contains all the features necessary to keep control of any number of technicians, who hold any number of NDT qualifications. It can be customised to include additional information or functions, or to export data for use in other applications if you need this.
